ServiceMaster Recovery by Restoration Holdings is Hiring a Project Manager Near Oshkosh, WI

At ServiceMaster-RRH, you will have the opportunity to develop and foster relationships while simultaneously acting as a resource for individuals who experience restoration emergencies. ServiceMaster-RRH promotes personal and professional growth and strives to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develops and regulates strategic planning
  • Performs emergency on-call manager services per company policy
  • Schedules a crew as required to close each potential lead
  • Handles new customer inquiries and questions as a priority to provide service
  • Makes follow up telephone calls to customers within 48 hours of job completion, plan to obtain a signed certificate of satisfaction if it is not in the file
  • Transfers job files for billing within 72 hours of final job cost postings
  • Investigates and resolves customers complaints with the support of the president, return all customer phone calls by the end of each business day
  • Handles all aspects of fire/water or mold losses, including preparing new job files, paperwork, scheduling and coordinating crews, scheduling subcontracting services as needed, communicating each service phase with the customer
  • Completes billing summary within ten days of the completion of a job to send for invoicing
  • Assists with marketing and promotional activities as required
  • Develops business and personal relationships with insurance industry personnel, including adjusters
  • Assists with other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Regional Manager

Qualifications and Skills

· Effective team player

Requirements:

  • Driver’s License
  • Willing to travel 25% of the time
  • Willing to undergo a Background Check

Job Type:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with 2‐4 years of project/production management experience

OR

  • Associates Degree with 3‐6 years of project management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
