Position Overview
ServiceMaster by Diamond Quality Services is a restoration company that specializes in mitigating
property damage. 90% of our business is paid out by insurance claims, so having relationships with
local insurance agencies is critical to our success. This position is a part time position that will
consist of running a route Tues through Thursday. The work hours are 8am 4:30pm, which include
a 30-minute lunch break, so 24 hours a week. The job consists of passing out promotional material
and having meaningful conversations with agency personnel. This position has the potential for full-
time employment down the road.
Job Responsibilities
Create, manage, and maintain key relationships with insurance professionals that include
agents, claim handlers and adjusters.
Ask key questions to find out who the decision makers are and document each visit.
Support a dynamic service team by selling and marketing a needed service. You do not have
to create the need; you must only foster the relationship.
Job Requirements
Experience in the Disaster Restoration field appreciated but not required. We have training
that will bring you up to speed.
Must be charismatic and enjoy interacting with people.
Self-Motivated with a positive attitude.
Sales experience or prior sales training is highly desired.
Valid Drivers License and satisfactory driving record.
Strong communication skills.
Customer service oriented.
Can build a rapport and earn the trust of insurance professionals.
Can effectively present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups.
Flexibility to work outside of traditional working hours to network and represent the company
at business social events.
