What the job looks like - Job Description:

Represent our company to create a lasting impression with clients and employees, distinguishing us from our competition. Manage the entire restoration process, ensuring that files are fully documented and services are executed promptly.

• Take initial calls from clients and enter job details in Restore365 (file keeping software).
• Estimate restoration services including water, fire, packout, and repairs.
• Manage ongoing projects to ensure profitability and schedule adherence.
• Work with insurance adjusters to build relationships during claims.
• Keep projects on budget, on schedule, and maintain communication with clients.
• Provide prompt customer service and manage accounts receivable for the branch.
• Work with AR to collect client deductibles and ensure compliance with job tasks.
• Recruit and manage subcontractors used on jobsites.
• Oversee production employees in the branch.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Move up to 50 pounds often- by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
• Must be able to wear respirator and safety gear when job conditions warrant.
• Must be able to safely navigate unstable jobsites on own.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage employees.
• Proficiency in computer skills; Microsoft Suite. Xactimate experience preferred.
• Capability to work under pressure, excellent problem-solving and decision making skills.
• Strong time management, self-starter.

Compensation: $70,000.00 per year
