Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Services Specialist to join our team. This position is commission-based and offers flexible hours, allowing you to make your own schedule.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be sales-driven, and possess a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform professional cleaning services for carpets, upholstery, hard surface floors, HVAC systems, ductwork, and area / oriental rugs.
• Identify and execute effective cleaning techniques and products to meet client needs.
• Conduct sales presentations to potential clients and close sales to generate new business.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and products are used safely and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of services provided and client interactions.
• Manage your schedule to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously seek opportunities to upsell additional services.

Qualifications :

• Strong sales skills and a proven track record in a commission-based role.
