ServiceMaster Restore by Cleaning Master is a Disaster Restoration company. Our highly trained professionals work day in and day out to serve our community and homeowners to restore their homes and or businesses as quickly as possible. We specialize in water, fire, smoke, wind and mold damage.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality control
• Eager to expand knowledge
• Taking initiative without having to be asked
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in English is required!
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High School Diploma

Responsibilities:

• Willingness to learn and take certification classes
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and preform demolition work frequently
• Lead by example and uphold company standards
• Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure adherence to standards
• Provide guidance and and training to crew members as needed.
• Ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications
• Oversee and manage a crew of workers on various projects
• Traveling to multiple job sites a day
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or quality issues.
• Communicate with homeowners as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
