What we require of you – Your Must-Haves: 

• Knowledge of disaster restoration industry.
• Ability to work in an on-call rotation (1 day per week)
• Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screening 
• Must have an Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Certifications are preferred, but not required: AHERA - Building Inspector, Asbestos, WRT – Water Damage Restoration Technician 

What you’ll be doing - Job Responsibilities: 

• Inspect job sites for compliance with standards, timeline, and quality.
• Retrieve work orders, load necessary equipment, and complete assigned tasks.
• Manage technicians, ensuring adherence to processes and standards.
• Communicate job processes and resolutions to customers.
• Resolve customer issues and communicate daily activities to company staff.
• Prepare documentation (notes, photos) in compliance with policies and protocol.
• Follow up with crew and ensure compliance daily.
• Provide support and training to team members.
• Enforce safety standards during all jobs.

What the position requires of you - Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Move objects up to 50-70 pounds often.
• Stand, walk, lift, squat, crawl, and crouch for extended periods.
• Communicate effectively and receive detailed information.
• Able to wear full and half face respirators.
• Exposed to various indoor and outdoor working conditions, including changes in temperature.
