This role is based out of our Sandy Springs, Georgia corporate headquarters. It's a hybrid opportunity, 3 days in office.

Senior Manager Supply Chain

We are currently searching for Senior Manager Supply Chain to plays a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers while optimizing investments in working capital and managing total cost. This position will develop and manage a team of buyers and analysts. The primary function of the team is to plan and process replenishment orders and other specific transactions in accordance with sourcing strategies and franchisee requirements defined by business stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze replenishment parameters such as forecasts, order cycles, safety stock, lead times and make appropriate adjustments in ERP system as it relates to daily exception review.
• Execution of sourcing strategies consistent with supply chain cost and service goals.
• Maintain and update inventory parameters such as vendor and item minimum order quantities, vendor lead times, vendor contacts, etc..
• Consistently monitor supplier performance; hold suppliers accountable and drive towards resolution of issues and ensuring optimal supplier performance..
• Project Management involvement as needed such as SKU Rationalization, Demand Planning Implementation and Continuous Improvement Programs

What we are looking for:

• Strong background in supply chain and inventory management
• Effective leadership skills to coach, develop, and motivate extended teams
• Experience leading organizations through large change initiatives and organization consolidation
• Experience in supply chain optimization, forecasting and statistical analysis
• Bachelor’s degree required.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ServiceMaster, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range offered is $130,000-$140,000 plus bonus.
