Job Overview: The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with the ability to motivate and develop key personnel, ensuring high standards of service across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily janitorial operations across the assigned region.
• Lead and motivate a team of site managers and janitorial staff.
• Conduct site visits regularly, with frequent travel required.
• Communicate effectively with staff and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform cleaning duties alongside team members as needed.
• Schedule, hire, and train new staff; provide shift coverage when necessary.
• Assist with new site start-ups and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain strong organizational skills and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in janitorial management or a similar role.
• Physically capable of performing job duties and being on your feet most of the day.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently, especially during the initial period.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Energetic, hardworking, and friendly with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
