Location: Easthampton, MA
Fulltime.
$18.57-$19.53/hr

Position Summary:
ServiceNet is looking for a natural leader to work in tandem in our 24 hour, 4-bed clinically intensive residential program in Easthampton, MA. The program participants are returning to the community after long term care, so the focus is on recovery and skill-building. We are committed to supporting each program participant in meeting his or her unique goals.

Position Responsibilities :
  • Assist the Program Director with oversight and management of the program.
  • Work with clinicians and staff to assist residents in reaching their treatment goals.
  • Oversee Medication Administration, in collaboration with the Program Director.
  • Manage the staff schedule, in collaboration with the Program Director.
  • Assist in providing supervision to program staff and relief staff as needed.
  • Complete all documentation, service notes, utilization reports, event reports, monthly notes on participants in the electronic health record.
  • Review and follow individual plans, Crisis Plans, Risk Management Plans and any other relevant plans and protocols related to GLE participants.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation.
  • All other tasks assigned by the Program Director.

Qualifications :
  • Bachelors degree preferred .
  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • Behavioral / Mental Health residential experience.
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.

Schedule:
  • Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm.

Pay & Benefits:
  • $18.57-$19.53/hr $1.00 MAP differential.
  • $5,000 site specific wage differential.
