Job Description
What you get to do in this role:

• Manage daily operations and strategic objectives of the Company's order processing cycle; including order documentation review, signature execution, provisioning, and ensuring ERP systems and customer invoices properly align to executed documents
• Ensure an appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies
• Serve as the point of contact for issue-escalation and Sales Operations
• Develop, implement and actively participate in staff training, as well as evaluate staff performance using established standards
• Audit methods and procedures of the Order Processing function to improve efficiency, identifying and developing ingenious process improvement concepts
• Drive identified process improvements to successful implementation. We are a fast-growing company and consistently reinventing our processes to keep pace with our growth to ensure scalability.
• Reconcile complex issues around subscription and services to ensure timely resolution
• Serve as an intricate link between Order Processing, Accounts Receivable, Revenue and Sales Operations
• Assist with month-end closing tasks to meet dependencies of the close calendar

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

• 7 years prior work experience in Order Processing or Finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address big-picture problems while remaining detail-oriented to solve the smaller ones
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently and across various functions to meet deadlines
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
• Prior experience in SAP is a plus

FD21
For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $96,200 - $168,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
