NXP's Secure Connected Edge business line is seeking a passionate individual with strong organization skills for the role as the Marketing Product Launch Manager for the Industrial and IoT mass market team. This person should be ready to apply their creativity and knowledge to support our global launches across our microcontroller and microprocessor products and solutions for industrial and IoT applications.
In this role, the candidate will be working closely with NXP's product development teams and engineering teams to develop launch plans to enable our global sales and distribution channels, as well as to deploy products broadly for our end customers.
Expectations:

• Manage launch schedule for all MCU and MPU products targeting IIoT applications
• Create objectives for the various product launch campaigns
• Identify marketing opportunities and best practices
• Oversee the development and marketing budget for launch
• Work with marketing team members to create promotional content for product
• Organize launch communications
• Track launch results through clear business metrics
• Analyze product launches to learn how to improve future launches

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in engineering or business
• Ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of experience as a marketer in the semiconductor industry or other technical field
• Ideal candidate would have program management experience
