Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, NextGen Programs, to join our ServiceNow NextGen Program team. As a Senior Manager, NextGen Programs, The ServiceNow NextGen team is responsible for working with the curriculum team to ensure that the curriculum aligns with ServiceNow-approved standards and requirements. They also collaborate with the government affairs team to ensure that workforce development programs developed in partnership with governments globally meet the necessary criteria and goals set by the government. Additionally, they stay up to date with the latest technology and ServiceNow product developments.
What you get to do in this role:
•Collaborate with the curriculum team to ensure that the curriculum aligns with ServiceNow approved standards and requirements.
•Work with the government affairs team to ensure that workforce development programs meet the necessary program criteria and goals set by the government.
•Stay up to date with the latest technology and ServiceNow product developments.
•Host weekly focus groups with alumni and instructors to gather feedback on the curriculum and identify areas for continuous improvement.
•Keep track of, manage, and own all programs within the NextGen team.
•Provide support to partners who deliver the program and enable them to be successful in their program delivery.
•Track and analyze key metrics to measure the impact of NextGen program delivery.
Qualifications
•A strong background in computer science, information systems, or a related field is highly desirable, preferably with a Bachelor's degree. However, relevant experience in these areas will also be considered.
•Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical role,
•Experience in workforce development, preferably within the tech, nonprofit or education sector a plus.
•The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of current industry-wide technological trends and be well-versed in the latest developments in ServiceNow products. This includes staying up-to-date with advancements like AI and Machine Learning, among other areas of interest.
•Proven experience in curriculum development, design, and training preferably in a technology-related field.
•Prior experience in managing programs and working with partners is essential.
•Strong ability to empathize with participants, understanding their unique needs and challenges. This empathetic approach is crucial in building a sense of confidence and trust among participants, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all.
•Strong commitment to continuous learning and development and be open to receiving action-oriented feedback aligned to clear expectations. Candidate will actively seek out opportunities to expand their knowledge and skills.
•Ability to promote brand awareness and bring thought leadership into the role.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to effectively collaborate with various teams, host focus groups, and support partners. The candidate should be able to understand and address the needs of diverse stakeholders.
•The candidate should be committed to ongoing learning and development and be open to receiving action-oriented feedback aligned to clear expectations.
•Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodology, practices and tools a plus.
•Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, with a focus on promoting opportunities for underserved and underrepresented communities.
For positions in New York City, we offer a base pay of $111,800 - $195,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
