In this role, you will deal directly with customers who are exiting our platform. The Part Time Sales Retention Associate will be customer facing (email and phone).
Responsibility is inclusive of but not limited to : guiding customers to offboard, assisting in billing modifications and churning tenants.
Meticulous attention to deadlines is a must have. Own Salesforce workflows for creating and updating triage cases.
You will be an integral part in proactively supporting Customer Success Teams and Billing to drive forth seamless transitions
This is a contract role that runs through the end of December 2024 requiring 20 hours per week.
What you'll do :
Offboard customers via direct communication (email and phone)
Manage Customer related expectations at contract end dates and churn accounts
What you'll need :
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Salesforce knowledge / experience (Triage Cases, Billing Cases)
Strong willingness to take initiative (identify problems quickly, proactive communication upstream and downstream, take on out of scope responsibilities when needed)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to triage billing or cancelation needs at a high level
Coachable and self aware
Effective time management
Active listening rapport building skills
Empathize cross functionally while working effectively across teams
Embody SLT guiding principles : Go for the Gap, Entitled to nothing grateful for everything, Keep a Blue Head
