Role Description

We are on the lookout for the newest addition to our team, someone poised to take on a prominent role as the face of client experience for both our clients and office visitors. This role demands a proactive, confident individual with stellar accounting and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a positive, can-do attitude. While a background in accounting or Transaction Coordinator experience is advantageous, what's essential is strong time-management skills and adaptability to a dynamic environment. We seek someone with a take-charge personality, capable of independently executing the responsibilities of the position.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

· Perform day-to-day tasks, including data entry, processing transactions, and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.

· Organize and file all client documents and communication

· Assist Team with multiple administrative tasks as needed

· Looking for somewhere to stay and grow with the business.

Qualifications

· Excellent Math Skills, Accounting background preferred. Detail-oriented.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – being courteous, professional and helpful

· Excellent Oral and written communication skills

· Ability to be an active listener, who is patient and asks appropriate questions when necessary

· Real Estate industry experience a plus , but not necessary

· Be coachable as the opportunity is abundant for the right person

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
