Servicon is a leading facility services provider, specializing in innovative cleaning solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Floorcare Trainee. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a critical skill that is in high demand throughout the industry.

Learn and perform various floor care duties, including but not limited to stripping, waxing, buffing, and general maintenance. Follow all safety protocols and industry best practices to ensure a safe working environment. Assist experienced floor care technicians in carrying out their duties. Collaborate with team members to achieve high-quality results in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, tools, and work areas.

• Previous janitorial/custodial/ or environmental services (EVS) experience is preferred, but it is not required.
• Must have a strong work ethic and be willing to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid (non-expired) Drivers license
