Maine Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking candidates for a variety of Behavioral Technician opportunities with our Behavioral Health teams! These positions offer work at the MBH Center of Excellence in Autism and Developmental Disorders in Portland, as well as Spring Harbor Hospital in Westbrook.
Position Highlights
- Sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000, amount prorated for part-time
- Base hourly rate: $19.92, shift differentials available

Responsibilities
- Perform checks and document on patient’s record in accordance with hospital policies
- Work with the treatment team in the collection of pertinent data to assist in the development of individualized behavioral plans
- Implement sensory schedules as indicated by behavioral plan
- Observe and respond to codes and follow code leader’s direction
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
- License/Certifications: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (provided by organization); Current CPR and Safety Care certification (provided by organization)
- Experience: 1 year of experience working with youth and/or adults with developmental disorders preferred.
