The Water Damage Restoration Technician works within a team to perform detailed cleaning processes most often after a water event in a residential home or business. By providing quality, consistent, efficient work, the Water Damage Restoration Technician represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry. Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed water removal and drying procedures in homes and businesses.
• Assist in loading the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
• Assist to prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Adhere to company and OSHA safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Communicate with Supervisors and other teammates to maintain efficient work processes
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance
• Bi-Lingual would be a BIG plus!

Position Requirements:

• Effective understanding of basic English oral and written communication
• Basic math and computer skills
• Experience in cleaning would be beneficial and preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., under cabinets, attics)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
• Ability to work in cold or hot conditions
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Pay Rate: Starts at $16.50 - $18/hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay, and increases based on merit.
Hours: Full time Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm after-hours on-call rotation as required
