Responsibilities

• Pack-Out Services: Coordinate and perform the professional pack-out of items damaged by fire, including furniture, clothing, electronics, and personal belongings
• Inventory Management: Carefully document and track all items removed from properties, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation throughout the restoration process
• Transport and Storage: Safely transport packed-out items to designated facilities for cleaning, restoration, and storage
• Cleaning and Restoration: Conduct thorough cleaning and deodorization of fire-damaged properties using industry-standard equipment and techniques
• Contaminant Removal: Efficiently remove soot, smoke residue, and other fire-related contaminants from surfaces, walls, ceilings, and fixtures
• Communication: Work closely with property owners, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and satisfaction throughout the restoration process
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies at all times

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in fire damage restoration preferred
• Experience: Proven experience in fire pack-out services, fire cleaning, and restoration techniques preferred
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately inventory and document packed-out items
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with property owners, insurance adjusters, and team members
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces as needed
• Licensing: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
