As a Commercial Sales and Marketing Representative at Servpro, you will be spearheading new business development by forging relationships with key stakeholders at commercial properties and within the insurance industry. You will also have the chance to make an immediate impact by responding to emergencies as they happen with our priority responder program.
Our compensation package is structured to reward performance. You will be given a base salary and with an opportunity to not only earn significant commissions, but also substantial cash bonuses as well as other incentives.
A newly onboarded representative joined us in Fall 2023 and has already surpassed their yearly target by May 2024. As a result of their remarkable achievements, they have earned substantial commissions, a generous year-end bonus, and an invitation to our prestigious President's Club trip.

Work Schedule and Travel
This is a full-time position with varying hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role may require longer hours and flexibility based on business needs and scheduled events. Local travel may be up to 90%, primarily during the business day. Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be necessary, particularly during storm damage responses in other states.
Compensation
Salary with commission and significant performance based bonuses.
