The Fire and Water Restoration Project Manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration/reconstruction projects and assigned production crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. Manage the client experience and overall client satisfaction.
Provide priority response to potential customers.
Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates.
Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
Coordinate and oversee the production of services with crews and subcontractors.
Document and/or review job file to support the services provided.
Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage production expenses.
Manage equipment and materials (assets).
Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
Position RequirementsEffective written and oral communication
Intermediate math skills
Proficient in Xactimate estimate writing ( minimum 3 years)
Experience in cleaning, restoration and reconstruction
IICRC certifications
Participate in On call rotation
*Must have valid Drivers License*
Pay Rate $65,000 to $85,000Competitive salary based on experience.
