SERVPRO of Mobile Northwest is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Mobile, AL

Are you an energetic team player who wants to work in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy bringing your A-game to work every day? We are looking for an Office Administrator who can efficiently perform office and accounting operations. We are a fast-growing, family-owned company that needs an Office Administrator who can grow with us.

Office Administrator Roles and Responsibilities

Financial Analysis, Key Measurements, and Compliance

  1. Submit all payroll information to payroll company.
  2. Review AP for accuracy and submit for approval.
  3. Submit payments to vendor per approval spreadsheet.
  4. Invoice customers as requested.
  5. Maintain Petty Cash and supporting documentation.
  6. Track issuing and return of fuel cards.
  7. Maintaining accurate inventory of electronics (iPad, Phones, Computers). Responsible for setting up devices for new employees and tracking electronics assignments.

Necessary Experience and Skill Set

  • 3 year(s) of office, accounting, or customer service management experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks®
  • Experience in a customer service industry environment is a plus.

Formal Education/Training

  • High school diploma/GED
