Job Description
Servpro of Stone Oak is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for our exclusive clientele in Stone Oak.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with adjusters, project inspectors, contractors, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with adjusters and sub-contractors to receive reasonable project budgets and expenses
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Have proper sub-contractors for rebuilding a home from the ground up (ex. Painter, drywall, flooring, cabinets, framing, roofing, masonry, and trade partners)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to upsell customer on expanded scopes or additional projects
