JOB DESCRIPTION

The Construction Laborer will be responsible for assisting with the general needs of the project as directed by their supervisor.

Key Responsibilities :

• Demo work - (Tearing out cabinets, flooring, tubs, tile, drywall)
• Carpentry (replacing / installing cabinets, doors & bi-fold doors)
• Painting / Staining (walls, ceilings, trim, and appropriate prep)
• Drywall / Sanding / Patchwork
• Light Plumbing (snaking sinks / toilets, changing valves, toilets, faucets, traps etc.)
• Installing locks for unit doors
• Light Electrical
• Daily reporting and maintenance logging
• Delivery & pick up of materials
• Clean & organized job site skills (Required)

Requirements :

• Valid drivers license
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Work flexible hours
• General safety knowledge
• Communicate
• Self-motivate
• High School Diploma / GED

Compensation : $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
