Job Summary :
The Outside Sales Representative at Servpro Team Luzzi will be responsible for generating new business by visiting insurance agents, adjusters, and property managers.

Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building :
Identify and target potential clients including insurance agents, adjusters, and property managers.Conduct regular visits to client locations to build and maintain strong relationships.
Present and promote Servpro Team Luzzi’s services to prospective clients.
Sales Strategy and Execution :
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Account Management :
Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing excellent customer service.Ensure clients are satisfied with services and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Market Research and Analysis :
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Analyze market data to identify opportunities for new business.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve performance.
Reporting and Documentation :
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress.Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Utilize CRM software to manage client information and sales pipeline.
