Key Responsibilities

• Perform mitigation in homes and businesses damaged by water, mold, fire or other property losses
• Maintain work vehicle, equipment, products, and warehouse in a ready-to-go state
• Work at direction of the onsite supervisor
• Behave respectfully and professionally with all customers
• Perform end-of-job cleanup, leaving jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance
• Must be willing and able to work after business hours (weeknights and weekends), rotating on-call schedule

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required - CDL not required)
• High school diploma / GED (preferred)
• Experience desirable but not required - training provided
• IICRC certification a plus, not required
• Successful completion of legal & drug background checks subject to applicable law

Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to use basic tools - hammers, drills, crow bars, saws, etc.
• Ability to drive large vans and box trucks
• Ability to work with / around cleaning agents
• Ability to use electronic equipment - meters, iPad, basic computer skills
