**Job Summary:**

As part of one of the largest franchise systems in the country, SERVPRO® of Klamath & Lake Counties is looking for a Mitigation Crew Chief to join our team. As a Mitigation Crew Chief, you will work mainly at client job sites to aid in mitigating residential or commercial property loss and/or damage from:

• Water
• Fire
• Mold
• Weather
• Biohazard

As a Mitigation Crew Chief, your job duties include but are not limited to:

• Creating and executing project plans per industry standards
• Effectively and efficiently communicate with supervisors, crews and clients
• Completing documentation, photos, sketches and notes for all assigned projects
• Training and motivating your crew of mitigation technicians
• Maintain professional cleanliness of fleet vehicles and client job sites
• Monitor job site progress; recommend modifications to project plan as appropriate
• Water extraction
• Cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing
• Placing and operating loss mitigation equipment such as fans, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and heaters
• Rolling up carpet
• Cutting and removing drywall
• Repairs and minor construction
• Board-up and tarping
• Cleaning up and throwing out damaged debris and materials
• Smoke and soot removal
• Mold containment and/or removal
• Cleaning contents and personal property
• Use and application of appropriate professional cleaning products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.98 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
