Overview:
Join our team as a Restoration Technician and play a crucial role in restoring properties after water, fire, or mold damage. We are seeking individuals with experience in the restoration industry to help us deliver top-quality service to our clients.
Duties:
- Clean and restore properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other damage
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform restoration tasks
- Conduct carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning procedures
- Perform water damage restoration including extraction, drying, and dehumidification
- Execute mold remediation procedures following industry standards
- Assist in fire restoration projects to restore properties to pre-loss conditions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the restoration industry is highly preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for restoration tasks
- Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with mold remediation procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to perform asbestos abatement tasks following regulatory guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to restore properties effectively
