Software Engineer
W2 Contract-to-Hire
Salary Range: $135,200 - $156,000 per year
Location: Remote Role - PST
Job Summary:
As our team size is small and all FTE resources are focused on P1 feature development and high SLA support to our customers, we need an experienced Software Engineer to build and operate new tooling.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create a Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tool for product feature releases.
- Build a data migration utility to add robustness to the availability of our customer data in bootstrapping and disaster recovery stages.
- Develop a monitoring and change verification utility to keep track of the fidelity of our data concerning deployed changes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience with Java and Linux
- 3 years of experience with Gradle; alternatively, extensive experience with Apache Maven
- Deep understanding of Springboot
- 2 years of Kubernetes experience
- Full stack, web services, and UI development experience
- Experience with Spark for big data systems is preferred
- Experience with Golang is a plus
