Analyst, Commercial Intelligence
The Analyst, Commercial Intelligence will help to deliverseveral key functions of the Commercial Intelligence team by providing analytics, reporting and oversight for execution of the company's objectives and commercial strategy.
The main task is to provide governance in the development of the company's commercial partners. The incumbent will perform all necessary finance and commercial related diligences, while providing relevant analysis and commercial guidance. The role will also partner with the Verticals in support of the deal approval process, providing commercial solutions and recommendations.
The Analyst, Commercial Intelligence will also assist in the creation, ongoing measurement and reporting of commercial, financial and operational KPIs to guide and drive strategic execution and alignment across the company's initiatives.
You will be responsible for(this is not an exhaustive list):
Perform ad hoc analysis and reports as determined by the needs of the business.
YOUR PROFILE:
Must Have
University Degree, Finance, Economics or related discipline;
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in business and financial analysis, working on commercial deal structures and/or commercial pricing;
High level of proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint required;
Fluent in English (written and oral)
Ability to work effectively with teams to resolve operational or process problems appropriately in diverse situations;
Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to create a robust financial and operational model of commercial deal structures;
Solid analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and report information, including reporting and presenting findings in a clear manner;
Continuous improvement mindset
Good commercial negotiation skills, strategic awareness, and business acumen
Nice to Have
Experience in satellite or telecommunications industry experience preferred;
Ability to work well in a multi-cultural, international environment.
Process and program management skills required with high attention to detail and processes;
Ability to meet tight deadlines;
Ability to weigh up a variety of possible options and determine the best solution;
The base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000.00 - $92,000.00 bonus benefits. The salary displayed on this job posting reflects the salary for new hires in Washington D.C. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For salaries in other states or regions, this will be discussed in the HR interview.
