Systems Engineering Services is seeking a qualified Business Analyst with experience in the Financial Industry.
Top 5 Technical Skills:
- Financial, credit risk or Financial Risk.. (Secondary mortgage)
- SQL
- Excel
- Tableau (and/or other BI tools for reporting or visualization)
- some exposure to AWS
Top 3 Soft Skills:
- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Strong willed/ fierce
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage functional & non-functional requirements/user stories & features, ensuring that business needs are met with current technology solutions.
- Work with an agile team and appropriate governance teams to ensure the
- SLDC governance process is followed according to current standards and
- Model implementation needs are met according to current standards.
- Ensure data governance & interface requirements are met for the agile team.
- Work across teams and promote productive relationships (business, technology, modeling & governance) to improve clarity and ensure that process are as streamlined/automated as possible.
Role on the Team:
BA on one or possibly 2 Agile/Scrum Teams
