POSITION DESCRIPTION
A Technical Inside Sales Representative at SET Environmental is responsible to:
Prepare paperwork and coordinate daily compressed gas cylinder projects
Schedule and manage monthly transportation runs across the US
Provide cylinder profiling, manifesting and management
Provide disposal site pricing to sales department
Assist in qualifying incoming leads and direct to appropriate salesperson
Assist sales personnel with customer proposals
Make sure customer needs/calls are attended to as quickly as possible
Perform daily customer service responsibilities
Work closely with the sales department, supplying them with creative transportation and disposal options
Recommend potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Work cooperatively with operational groups
Work closely/cooperatively with designated sales representative(s)
Perform any other miscellaneous duties as necessary
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
4-year degree, preferably in a science field
4 years working in a team environment and preferably in a technical service role
Have a solid understanding of DOT regulations and segregation
Have a solid understanding of EPA regulations
Competent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Solid reasoning and problem-solving skills
Proven self-starter, highly motivated, sets aggressive goals
Ability to effectively multi-task while managing a heavy workload
Must be detail orientated
