Set Solutions, a Trace3 Company is working exclusively with a client hiring for a full time PowerBi Analyst with c# experience. This role is hybrid on site once a week in Dallas.

**Please note this position is not internal with Trace3 but is full time with an end client.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Transform raw data into meaningful analysis using interactive, user-friendly Power BI dashboards and reports.
2. Establish and maintain data dictionary documentation and reporting standards.
3. Develop Power BI solutions by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, leveraging technology standards, and adhering to software development best practices.
4. Manage the intake, design, and creation of reporting requests, coordinating with the infrastructure team as needed.
5. Develop and conduct validation tests as required.
6. Apply change management protocols when updating production reports to prevent disruptions.
7. Prioritize and manage operational requests using Azure DevOps.
8. Ensure reporting undergoes review and correction by the Analytics team and gains acceptance from system users.
9. Keep supervisors informed about emerging technologies and resources needed to enhance productivity, presenting justifications for recommendations.
10. Translate business needs into technical specifications.
11. Collaborate with teams to integrate appropriate reporting based on system constraints.

Experience Needed:

Minimum of three years of experience with the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack (Power BI, SSAS, and SSIS).

At least three years of extensive experience with Power BI.

Proficiency with SSAS, SSMS, Tabular Editor, and DAX.

Familiarity with Agile delivery and Scrum ceremonies.

Experience in developing enterprise-wide reports and analytics using C# or Python

Strong team orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Proven ability to translate vague requirements into valuable tools, metrics, or analyses.
