Set Solutions, a Trace3 Company is working exclusively with a client hiring for a full time (direct hire) IAM/IGA Manager with SailPoint experience in Houston hybrid.

The IAM Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the strategy for Identity and Access Management (IAM) within the organization. As a thought leader, he/she will assist in the development of a comprehensive multi-year plan. This role requires a deep understanding of our complex Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) requirements from various business units including security, compliance, legal, financial regulatory departments, human resources, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IAM strategies and multi-year plans in alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
• Oversee the management and administration of IAM systems, with a focus on Azure Entra and Active Directory.
• Manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Access Management (IAM) systems, specifically utilizing Delinea and SailPoint.
• Collaborate with business, security, compliance, legal, and financial regulatory departments to understand and address their IAM needs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Lead enterprise-level IAM projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Provide expertise and guidance on IAM best practices and emerging trends.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to IAM.
• Monitor IAM system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and security.
• Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of IT or Security management experience in a medium or larger size company.
• Expert knowledge and experience with Azure Entra and Active Directory.
• Proven experience in managing Privileged Access and Identity Access Management systems, with specific experience using Delinea and SailPoint.
• Demonstrated enterprise-level project management experience, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of business, security, compliance, legal, and financial regulatory requirements related to IAM.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are highly desirable.
