SET Solutions is Hiring an IT Administrator Near Denver, CO

Set Solutions, a Trace3 company, are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Admin/Support Technician to join our team to support a client for the next 4 months with possible extension or conversion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with the deployment and management of software applications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and support activities.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and security.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network ) are a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
