POSITION SUMMARY
This position supports the Office of University Advancement by providing general administrative support to the team and assisting with donor research.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Research potential donors and foundations to identify individuals and organizations with capacity to contribute to the University’s fundraising goals
Organize and maintain databases
Assist in hosting events for our donors and alumni, including involvement with Homecoming and Commencement
Provide general administrative support to the Office of University Advancement by assisting with data entry, gift processing, maintaining office cleanliness, and other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be currently enrolled at Southeastern University as a graduate student
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using research tools, databases, and online resources to gather information
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team
This position will work between 20 and 29 hours per week throughout the year.
