Position: Graduate Assistant
Classification: Part-time / Stipend

Minimum Education and GPA Required:
● Bachelor’s degree
● 3.7
Experience Requirements:
● Administrative office experience
● Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
● Office productivity software skills including Microsoft Office, Google Suite applications, and Canva
● Ability to maintain a high level of excellence and professionalism in all circumstances
● Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills
● Ability to write and communicate effectively in various environments, including social media
● Knowledge of and experience with social media platforms and strategy
Preferred Skills:
● Organizational and administrative skills
● Work independently, set and meet own deadlines with minimal supervision
● Experience in a leadership role or team atmosphere
● Ability to oversee programming and event planning processes

Duties and Responsibilities:
● Maintain student documentation and records for Study Abroad programs.
● Assist in the onboarding and advising of students applying for Study Abroad programs.
● Assist in monitoring student progress and routine student communication during Study
● Abroad program travel.
● Assist in compiling data for assessment reports.
● Assist in maintaining current program descriptions.
● Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
