STUDENT WORKER - TESTING CENTER PROCTOR

Description

Monitor students during examinations to ensure testing security and a quiet environment. Assist
Level III and IV Proctors with reception duties as necessary.

Responsibilities

 Enforce test security.
 Keep testing area quiet.
 Monitor students taking tests and remain attentive at all times.
 Keep track of students’ testing time limits.
 Collect and organize completed exams in preparation for scanning.
 Maintain appearance and organization of Testing Rooms.
 Assist in scheduling appointments via email.
 Assist in the return of exams to professors via email.

Key Requirements

 Possess a high level of personal integrity and responsibility.
 Exhibit excellent attention and vigilance.
 Comfortably operate Microsoft Office software and Google.
 Uphold FERPA and other confidential matters.
 Ability to work 10 – 15 hours per week.
