Overview/ Job Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within scope, budget, and schedule. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution, and driving project success from initiation to closure. Responsibilities: * Lead the planning, execution, and closure of enterprise-level projects/programs, adhering to industry best practices and company standards.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, risk management, and communication plans.
* Effectively communicate project objectives, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, identify dependencies, and resolve conflicts.
* Monitor project progress and performance metrics, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
* Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery processes.
* Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in [relevant field]; Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent certification preferred.
* Proven experience managing enterprise-level projects/programs with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
* Strong technical background with a solid understanding of technology infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and/or other relevant technical domains.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
* Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.).
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
