Pay Rate: $85.80 - $132.90 Per Hour
Shift: Varied Shifts - Options for 3x12s and 5x8s
Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000.00 for Qualified Candidates
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000.00 for 24 Months / $30,000.00 for 36 Months for Full-Time Employees
Job Summary:
As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), you will play a vital role in the healthcare team by providing total anesthesia care to patients requiring anesthesia services. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including pre-anesthetic evaluation and preparation, anesthesia induction and maintenance, post-anesthetic care, pain management, and response to emergency situations related to airway management and cardiac life support techniques. The CRNA role demands advanced clinical expertise and the ability to deliver safe and effective anesthesia services across various patient populations and surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements: Graduate of a nurse anesthesia education program accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA) of Nurse Anesthesia Education Programs or its predecessor. Current license as Registered Nurse by the North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON) or current compact state license. Current recognition as a CRNA by NCBON. Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Certification/recertification by National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). Insurable by an appropriate medical malpractice insurer for the limits required by this organization and state. Demonstrates competency in the responsibilities specified in this job description and privileges.
