- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout their hospital stay
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and document all care provided
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- NIHSS Certification
- RN License
- 18 months experience in Medsurg/Tele and experience within Neuro
