Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar
- Perform order entry and data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining patient records
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
