Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Audiologist to join our team in Peridot, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, managing, and treating hearing and balance disorders for patients of all ages. This role requires a compassionate professional who can provide exceptional care and support to our patients, ensuring they receive the best possible treatment and advice.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and assessments.
• Diagnose and treat hearing and balance disorders.
• Prescribe, fit, and dispense hearing aids and other assistive devices.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss, treatment options, and communication strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in audiology and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.

Requirements:

• Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice audiology in Arizona.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong diagnostic and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
