Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Rochester, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position offers a competitive weekly pay of $5250 to $6000 weekly and requires a commitment to working three 13-hour shifts per week, totaling 39 hours, with a rotation of day and night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health history and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with advancements in medical practices and apply them to patient care.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York.
• Certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (e.g., AANP, ANCC).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts as scheduled.
