Shift: 36hrs - 3x12hrs - D/E/N Rotating Shifts

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Neuro ICU Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team in Rochester, NY. As a Neuro ICU RN, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to critically ill patients with neurological disorders, injuries, or post-surgical needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and specialized nursing care to patients admitted to the Neuro ICU.
• Monitor and assess patients' neurological status, vital signs, and overall condition with acute attention to detail.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, surgeons, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on neurological conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation according to established protocols and standards.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
