Seven Seven Global Services Inc is Hiring a Remote Project Manager

The Scrum Master/IT Project Manager will lead the Client Access Website monthly releases and projects and work with internal IT subject matter experts as well as business partners and external vendors. The candidate must be a self-starter who is able to work autonomously and able to coordinate activities across multiple areas. They will work with key stakeholders to define the project scope, timelines, objectives and track budget, deliverables, risks/issues and project status. Candidates must demonstrate abilities to:

  • Lead and guide Agile scrum teams
  • Facilitate team progress in improving quality, predictability, flow and velocity
  • Coordinate team events such as Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Assist the Product Owner(s) and Team Members in managing and maintaining the backlog
  • Promote a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope
  • Facilitate the removal of blocking issues
  • Focus on improving team dynamics and performance, and coach the team in self-management
  • Help the team understand and estimate Features and Capabilities
  • Manage scope, requirements, timeline, cost, quality, human resources, communications and integration
  • Identify and manage risks / issues and development of mitigation plans
  • Prepare project reports and dashboards as required by the management team and project stakeholders
  • Lead and facilitate the Client Access release requirements, development and documentation

Requirements

  • Around 5-8 years as a PM and at least 2 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master leading a software development team diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory, and knowledge of additional Agile approaches (Kanban, Scrum etc.)
  • Prior experience managing application development projects, experience managing projects for websites and mobile apps a huge plus
  • Advanced experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps
  • Must have capability to flex across Scrum Master, Release Manager and Project Manager roles
  • Strong project planning skills using appropriate PM tools: MS Project, MS Office, Jira/Azure DevOps etc.
  • Facilitate cross-functional, intra-department, and inter-department communications and cooperation
  • PMP and/or Agile Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration and Engineering a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Project
  • Understands Business and System Requirements
  • Ability to take ownership of issues to resolution
  • Ability to influence others to move to a common goal

Salary: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
