Job Responsibilities:

  • Qualify prospects through various networking activities and build a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals.
  • Quickly move prospects through the sales process by delivering outstanding consultative, sales, and customer experience.
  • Update sales and client databases with current information.
  • Be informed on the latest industry developments by attending Severe Weather team meetings and training workshops.
  • Nights or weekends may be required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
