We are seeking a skilled Front Office coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our front office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
**Duties:**
- Manage and coordinate front office activities, including patient check-in, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle billing and insurance claims processing
- Ensure compliance with all office policies and procedures
- Assist with transcribing medical notes and proofreading documents
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in a medical receptionist or front desk role
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
