Certified GM Automotive Technicians - Sewell Cadillac Buick GMC Chevrolet - Midland, TX

• GM Current World Class Technicians $75 per FRH
• GM A Level Technicians $60 per FRH
• GM B Level Technicians $50 per FRH
• Monthly Production Bonuses, up to $5500 per month

As a technician with the Sewell Family of Companies, you will work on a team that values a family-like atmosphere where team members are encouraged to build strong relationships and work collaboratively towards our promise to provide excellent guest experiences. You will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Examine, diagnose, and repair vehicles
• Communicate with service team regarding repairs
• Provide labor time estimates
• Monitor repair time and update service advisors regularly
• Maintain adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
• Complete story and/or documentation for guest's repairs
• Assist in mentoring technician trainees
• Attend company and factory training
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 6 pm, Rotating Saturdays, 7:30 am - 2 pm.

Requirements:

• GM certifications and/or experience preferred
• Dealership experience highly preferred
• High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma)
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
• Valid driver license
• Completion of drug screening and background screening

Compensation:

• Compensation is based on skill and experience:
• GM Current World Class Technicians $75 per FRH
• GM A Level Technicians $60 per FRH
• GM B Level Technicians $50 per FRH
• Monthly Production Bonuses, up tp $5500 per month
• Relocation assistance provided for qualified candidates
