Position Summary

This role is hybrid, requiring working from the office 3 days a week. Applicants must reside with driving range of a CVS or Aetna office.

Dynamic position within the Next Gen team, responsible for coordination of the Auto Loader contract load process on the HRP platform. In this position you will be responsible to work closely with the provider contracts and pricing team and Health Edge to identify requirements for contract loads. You will also work directly with the capitation team, Medical Economics unit and local market on oversight of capitation contract loads into HRP. Responsibilities include leading meetings, documenting requirements, development of reporting and presentations and updating leadership on project status. Other projects may be assigned.
Required Qualifications

• Understanding of Provider Contracting and Provider pricing including capitation
• 5 years of experience with Strategic Contract Management, EPDB, HRP
• 1 plus years of Health Rules Payer of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects Documentation of ongoing project status.

Education

• 4 year college degree or equivalent experience is desired.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
