Assist callers with claim related challenges/questions along with other calls accurately and efficiently within multiple operating systems, offering excellent customer service to policyholders, agents and others.

Customer Service Representative (2 Part-time / Weekend Positions) 

• Assist customers with filing claims by gathering information and entering pertinent data.
• Tentative start date: Monday, 7/15/2024
• Training will be a combination of in-person and virtual sessions. It's a requirement to report to the office on selected training days for in-person sessions.
• Candidates must be available to attend a 4-week training course, Mon – Fri, between hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. 
• Candidates must have reliable broadband Internet service and a home environment conducive for working remotely.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Degree or GED.
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Personal computer skills in Microsoft Windows.
• Good oral and written communication skills. 

• Availability: must be available to work an 8- hour shift on Saturdays between 10:00am and 10:00pm and 4- hour/8-hour shift on Sundays between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm, for an average of 15-20 hours a week. Weekly schedules are posted 2-3 weeks in advance.
• Occasionally, a 4-hour shift may be scheduled between the hours of 5:00pm and 10:00pm during weeknights based on business need and availability.
